We aim to provide fast, secure, and reliable delivery for all orders across the GCC and Middle East.


1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following countries:

  • United Arab Emirates (UAE)
  • Saudi Arabia (KSA)
  • Kuwait
  • Qatar
  • Oman
  • Bahrain
  • Egypt
  • Lebanon
  • Egypt
  • Turkey
  • Cyprus

If your country is not listed, please contact us and we will assist you.


2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • During peak seasons or special sales, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

3. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Delivery times vary by destination but usually between 7 to 15 days

  • Remote areas may require additional time.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.


4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and total order weight/size.

  • Some items may ship from different warehouses depending on availability.
  • If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate parcels.

5. Customs, Taxes & Duties

Customs charges, VAT, import duties, or any additional country-specific fees are not included in our product prices.

Customers are responsible for paying any applicable taxes or duty charges directly to the courier upon delivery.

Important: Customs rules vary by country. Delays caused by customs are outside our control.


6. Order Tracking

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking link.

If you don’t receive tracking information within 3 days, please contact us.


7. Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.
LBB is not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incomplete or incorrect addresses
  • Failed deliveries caused by customer unavailability
  • Return fees for orders that cannot be delivered

Reshipping fees may apply in these cases.


8. Lost / Damaged Parcels

In rare cases where an order is lost or damaged in transit:

  • Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
  • We will open a claim with the courier
  • Depending on the case, we may send a replacement or issue store credit
