- UAE & GCC countries: 2–10 business days
Same Day delivery are Available - Middle East & North Africa: 7–15 business days
Please note: Delivery to remote areas may require additional time.

We currently deliver within the UAE and GCC countries.

3. How much is the shipping cost?
Free UAE delivery (no minimum spend)
GCC delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on location and order details

All products are brand new, unused, and come from trusted suppliers.
(Some items may come without retail boxes but always in new condition — depends on the supplier.)
7. Why are your prices lower than retail stores?

10. Are customs or VAT fees included?
Customs, taxes, and import duties are not included in our product prices.
Buyers are responsible for any charges applied by their country’s customs authority.
11. Will I be notified if customs fees are required?

Your courier will contact you directly if customs or VAT fees apply before delivery.

12. Do you accept returns?
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The item is unused
- The item is in its original condition
- All tags and packaging (if any) are intact
13. What items are non-returnable?
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Underwear / swimsuits
- Used or damaged items
- Items without tags or packaging
- Final-sale items (if marked)

Free returns across the UAE | GCC returns at the customer’s expense

16. What if I received the wrong item?
We will fix it immediately.
Send us a message with:
- Order number
- Photo of the item received
We will arrange a replacement or refund.
17. What if my item arrives damaged?
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with images of the damage.
We will open a case with the courier and provide a solution.
18. I placed an order but didn’t receive a confirmation.
Check your spam/junk folder.
If not there, contact us and we will resend it.
